Regional Alumni groups have started in the five U.S. locations—Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Portland, ME; San Diego,CA; Wisconsin; and Texas. Our goal is to connect JHUSON alumni to one another and to the school. Groups are starting now in other cities.
Designed to shape students into leaders within the profession through interaction with nursing alumni. The program enhances the student's educational experience as mentors listen, encourage, and advise students as they develop into Hopkins nurses. It is also a wonderful opportunity for alumni to give back to students who greatly appreciate their knowledge and experience.

Join a committee and share your ideas for improving our Alumni Association. Through virtual communications you can become involved no matter where you live. Help plan your class reunion by working with the Alumni Office and your classmates. Show your pride—get involved!
Join an alumni board committee
Be a membership "ambassador"—talk to your classmates about becoming active dues-paying members. Funds from the dues allow the alumni association to continue the tradition of the nursing pin for future Hopkins nurses.
They were your lifeline throughout nursing school, so rally your classmates to attend Alumni Weekend events. It is a great opportunity to catch up and network with other alumni. We’d love to have your opinion on how we can make Alumni Weekend better every year!
Join the alumni weekend committee
Submit class news to be featured in Johns Hopkins Nursing magazine. Send us the latest and greatest about you and your classmates. Tell us about your work, your retirement, your continuing education, promotions, relief work you’ve done, or your family. Nominate other alumni for the JHU Distinguished Alumni, Heritage, and Outstanding Recent Alumni awards.
